You agree not to misuse Tilvan, including by:

• Uploading harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Circumventing usage limits, credits, or access controls

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content before publishing. Tilvan does not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.

Paid plans, credits, and billing terms are described on our pricing pages. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Tilvan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
